smartphones are, well 'smart'. they have changed
our lives from walking
to school to driving to school. Like cars keep us connected to places,
phones keep us connected to people. this causes shrinking world.
ADVANTAGES OF A SMARTPHONE
Smartphones are an all
in one device. they consist of calculators, cameras, watches, timers and of
course internet and many applications you can download. These apps are very
helpful as u can learn things like cooking and you can watch videos online. you
can also watch movies and TV shows.
Now you tell me would
you rather carry a cellphone, a watch, a calculator, a camera, books or just a
smart phone?
DISADVANTAGES OF A
SMARTPHONE
- ADDICTION- addiction is the biggest problem in these
smartphones. They are both in children and adults.
Children can be addicted
to the available games, you tube videos and many more applications.
This can cause a huge problem in their education as the kids will only be
thinking about the phone.
- Adults can be addicted to apps like Whatsapp, Facebook
and other social media related apps. They might not wish a good morning to
their family members, but they will never forget to wish their friends.
- CLOSENESS REDUCES FROM FAMILY- this will happen
because the members will just say, "wait i am busy.' In this case
'busy' means messaging and chatting.
- DISEASES- due to too much of handling because of
addiction some diseases might occur.
some examples are-
TEXT NECK- this is because when you type you have to face
downwards which is bad for your neck and spine.
VISION PROBLEM- this is because of the small font and you will
eventually have to strain your eyes which can disturb vision permanently.
